Relaunch Sampler

A sheet you can read before the food arrives
Most local information lives in places that move fast and forget: group chats, social feeds, a flyer taped up for a week. A folded sheet on the table does something different. It sits there. It is the same size every time. It waits while you wait.
That is the idea behind Cerveza News: short, useful, local pieces; a puzzle; and a handful of ad boxes from businesses nearby, in the same spot each time so you know where to look. English and Spanish share the page because the people at the table often speak both.

Pocket guide: the table, in two languages
Ordering is easier when both sides have a few words in common. Here are eleven phrases for sitting down to eat or drink in Mexico: Spanish on the left, English on the right.
